from this thread, it appears that the man shot was armed and tried to rob CEH and the other athlete. So at gunpoint, CEH responded with deadly force, justifiable in the state of Louisiana so no charges filed against him.
Do we have anything confirming this or just speculation?

It’s interesting that the kid who was shot to death, thought it was a good idea to try and attempt to rob CEH with a fricking BB gun, knowing he did not possess a legit firearm. CEH is 225 lbs and by no means a small man.

Except we apparently have some dumbasses on here that still think it is or that he could get any violation for this. Bottom line, the PS4 selling aspect of this will go nowhere with the NCAA. Now if there was other criminal activity involved, that’s a different case.

Clydes Dad is a former cop, willing to bet the gun wasnt stolen and he had it for protection after the things his Dad had seen on the job in BR.
