Actually, not really if there's no proof he's the one who stole it.

Unknowing possession of stolen property, like if you purchased it from a private individual, is not going to matter.

Probably a gray area even if you did purchase it from a private individual while under the age of 21.

Just checking in to ask bc I'm not reading 17 pages of speculation....how many tards are acting like Baton Rouge is the only place where crime occurs ?

I haven't read through the whole thread. I just jumped in to have some fun when someone called me a gay bear. I know it's all in good natured BR sports rivalry, so I figured why not embrace it.

The shooting was either in self defense or not. Why do you not get this?

If someone steals a firearm, then that person committed theft. There’s absolutely no suggestion of this. They are 2 separate considerations.

The problem is CEH isn't 21. Hopefully the gun was legal.

You don't have to be 21 to possess a handgun in Louisiana.

He can possess a gun that someone else legally purchased and allowed him to use (or gave to him) but he couldn't be the legal purchaser of said gun.

You can purchase a handgun in Louisiana at 17 through private sale (but not through a commercial transaction).

They probably know exactly which person has which console.

It's amazing how these things bring out the worst in people. Political views and so on. First concern ought to be the kids involved. But so many using it as a place to spout their hatred. Sad

What the f*ck? You must be referring to yourself.

I'm a fun, happy, blessed guy.

For you to direct that comment to me, it is blatantly obvious you need help.

I would rather not speculate, Stephen. The possibilities of what that could have been if that had be me at that age are endless. It could be something very simple where the kids were in the right or it could be something huge where they were completely wrong.

I don't even think it's a violation. The Ohio State guys were selling autographed merchandise for thousands of dollars.

This was a bowl gift. They have limits on the $ amount that's allowed to be given.

The only way it's a violation is if he autographed the thing and the autograph added to the sale price.

I'd guess BRPD. Scotlandville is in the city limits.

Yes, Scotlandville is most definitely Baton Rouge. All the eastside dwellers pretend it is not, BUT IT IS.
