Ok??? People were saying that more sarcastically than anything. You think they were just making up some recording of Will Wade? Very few on this board are dumb enough to actually believe that.
If nothing more was heard on those recordings than what was previously known, then actually hearing it doesn't make it any worse. Doesn't make it any better either, but I think most were worried about it being worse.

Anyone who seriously thought wade wasn’t and isn’t paying players based on the transcripts released last year is delusional.
The thing is everyone is doing it, so we have no moral hangups about it, and they have no smoking gun, so suck it everyone.
And this doc changes none of that. Still don’t give a shite. Still no smoking gun. Come after us if you want, and then we’ll drop shite from the investigation about duke and unc and Kentucky paying for Zion and players out the wazoo. There’s no smoking gun on anyone at this point
