If I had to guess, and this could be complete bullshite, he broke up with his GF at LSU and with incoming recruits no longer saw a need to stay here. Took his opportunity to transfer to a great offensive system. Can’t blame him

Underwood is 2025 class. His junior year would be 2027. He could stay longer if Hurley balls out and takes his spot

One of the strangest transfers I've seen esp considering the legacy & all that & then going to your rival. If he would've have gone to say Okie State I would understand. Something odd in it esp w/ him being 3rd QB at Ole Miss just like he was at LSU.

This- could be he is just not as good as recruiters thought he was, or maybe he just peaked in H.S., never showed any improvement. I know a large ego is present in most QB's but sometimes you just have to accept that you are not going to beat out the top guys, should just drop down in classification for a better chance to play, maybe get noticed.
