I think the pitching staff is deeper this year, although somebody needs to step up and be a strong #2 starter behind Ranaudo. Matulis could end up in the weekend rotation before its all over with.
But as far as the lineup goes, it's tough to lose Shimpf, LeMahieu, JMith from last year. The 2009 team was loaded on offense.

Which he does and did today on the bloop that landed in front of him and allowed him to leg out a double .. then he misplayed the frick out of the last out of the game .. but no one said liability ..
