bullshite loser. The more I see you bash O, the more I see you as a former player that O sent packing. Probably pathetic work ethic and entitlement syndrome. Whatever it is, I can tell you this, you are so biased that no one takes anything you say with any merit, at all.

That's unreal. frick PM. He needs to step down asap.

Did you watch the game?

He 100% never should have said it to the media but Walker was starting to decline & a lot of people were thinking it regardless of it they admit to it or not.

If he would have left him in there it would be just as many threads about him not pulling him in time.

The backbreaking irony of this coming from an O worshipper

No, he did not

The truth is what is quoted between CPM & Eric Walker

Using 20/20 hindsight, sure, maybe Walker would have gotten out of the jam. But he may also have given up a 3 run home run at that point, too.

The fact was Arkansas had batted around twice. The top of the order was up for the third time. We had a 3-1 lead, but Arkansas was threatening. We had our best arm warmed and ready. Our mediocre pitcher was tiring.

That’s what we know.

PM did what he thought was best. I had no issue with the move.

Yes, I'll stand buy a coach that finished #6 in nation, is preseason top 10, and has a top ranked recruiting class and tons of optimism surrounding the program.

As I said, you are either a former player, or someone related to miles. Your act is old and no one takes anything you say seriously. NOTHING

LSU doesn’t have a #1 recruiting class

Mediocre? He was probably our best pitcher prior to his injury and he continues to improve back to those levels. We don't have another healthy arm on staff that's any better option.

Lmao. What a fkn loser. It's comical at this point. I'm guessing IQ around 150.

So which player are you that O sent packing? How did it go with your new school? Lol. Funny thing is people like you never seem to improve at the new school even though you got away from the guy holding you back. It's called attitude, character, work ethic.

Good post.
Who ever heard of a pitcher wanting to stay on the mound and there are hundreds of disgruntled pitchers each day.
Walker is coming off surgery/rehab and prolly on a prescribed pitch count that looks well thought out judging his drop off in speed and location around 60 pitches most outings.
I'm not even sure which player tRant thinks CPM singled out with the remark of not seeing another lead in the series?

I think the point is our best is just ok right now
Walker is doing better & better with every outing, Hilliard too
Marceaux is getting there as well
You should know I’m one of the biggest defenders on the board but our starters aren’t amazing starters “right now”
If we had “before injury” Walker & Hilliard....well, there are a lot of “ifs” for this season

So does it concern you that the lsu career of PM is mirroring that of LM? I think most of are concerned that he has driven the program into the ground like Miles did. What are your thoughts?

He was a top pitcher. He isn’t right now. Hess is better right now.

Given our bp issues, I think Walker deserved the chance to work out of the jam. All pitchers get into jams. Jmo

Hess was better earlier this year. Walker has gotten better and better. He is a better pitcher as of now, jmo.

I agree but I’m not going to lie & say I wasn’t thinking what CPM said to the media
Fontenot was able to get out of a jam then CPM let’s him try again & it didn’t work out that way

Consistent is something this team has not been, pitching, hitting or fielding

When the game started you could argue that, but after 50 pitches? I disagree.

But it’s your opinion and that’s fine.

It’s not like we are arguing about whether Nola was better than Lange, and therein lies the problem, we have mediocre pitching.

Well we don't have a healthy ace, I agree. I have hopes that walker will get back there. He is improving with every start it appears.

yep been saying it for years.

LSU baseball is successful because of tradition, nostalgia, resources, and fans. Not because of the coach.
