No doubt. Any reports about competition for starter are nothing but politics

McMillon aka The Whip is a good QB. I think Burrow wins the job and mcMillion is the backup.

He probably will if he isn't named the starter. He's already graduated.

McMillan was a few ticks below Brennan in passing completion. However. McMillan had no turnovers and averaged almost 8 yards a run.

Those running stats mean exactly jack.

They came in a spring game when the QBs could not be tackled. A number of those runs would have been sacks or at best no gain has the defense been playing the QB at full speed and full contact.

Nice. I think even the new redshirt rules will allow him to get at least a little game time this year without burning it.
4 games. I would assume 3 reg season games and save 1 for bowl game. I hope they do it with both Brennen and Narcisse, play in 4 games and then decide at end of year whether or not to apply redshirt.

Side Note: The most interesting aspect about the new RS rule to me is its impact on special teams. Expect to see more freshmen on special teams, but it will change every 4 games.

That would be a good idea. Get developed more and see what he has to work on, plus try to add more weight.

I would become an even bigger fan of the kid if he sticks it out and redshirts. In today's world, a Sophomore redshirt is almost unheard of. Kids would rather just give up and go elsewhere.

Brennan needs to get bigger, stronger.

He certainly needs to get bigger but he has the strongest arm of the four.

Hope so. I want burrow to take the job by the balls. We really need him to be the man.

If McMillan is going to start you may as well let Narcisse just take a crack at it because it’s a lost season. Just let him run around and try to do something and occasionally heave long passes down the field instead of letting McMillan stand back there and pretend he’s a QB. If McMillan starts, put your tickets on stubhub because the season will be over before it starts

McMillan's poise and decision making were on a different level than Brennan.

Brennan was under a lot more heat.

Also mcMillan looked like shite vs defenders that will actually play games. He racked up yards vs Netherlands and Kirklin
