It’s stupid to include his ole miss record in this stat...ole miss is a dumpster fire.
Let’s just judge him on his record at LSU. First two years have been an improvement on the last 2-3 years of Les...now he will either turn the corner and best Bama and make the playoffs in the next 2-3 years max or he won’t.
Good recruiting, found a QB with a pulse and a potential developing heir behind him for the first time in forever...let’s see how this year goes. We should learn a lot early on vs UT.

What was Clemson like before Dabo was hired? Care to guess? Maybe tell us how coaches before and after O at Ole Miss did significantly better than him. Including his first three years as head coach when comparing him to Dabo is absolutely necessary.

Fine, if you want to use his best two years to compare, let’s put them up against Dabo’s best two seasons and see how they look. Is that what you want?

For a real comparison their records through their first 3 years at their current schools - both replaced a fired head coach mid-season.
Dabo (2008-2010)
19-15 overall and 13-8 conference
O (2016-2018)
25-9 overall and 15-7 conference
Better overall and better conference record (in a better conference) for Orgeron.
Dabo (2008-2010)
19-15 overall and 13-8 conference
O (2016-2018)
25-9 overall and 15-7 conference
Better overall and better conference record (in a better conference) for Orgeron.

This isn't an appropriate comparison though. Orgeron had the benefit of being a head coach for 3 years at another program before coming to LSU as well as two interim stints.

That’s a horrendous comparison. Why don’t you post the average recruiting ranking for the five classes preceding O, as well as how many 10 win seasons LSU had in the decade preceding O.
ETA: also, how did O get the Ole Miss job, since his predecessor was fired?

Orgeron plays in a much tougher conference. Miles has let the roster go way down. 9 offensive lineman and more kickers on scholarship than linebackers. No,idea what the status of Clemson roster was when Dabo took over but the ACC is and was not close to the SEC for competition.
Dabo has only one challenging regular season game and that is Texas AM.

Blatant lie. But even if it wasn’t, I didn’t hear excuses from Aranda. In fact, he’s continued to perform extremely well.

why be upset and who am I directing anger at? I’ve said they shouldn’t be compared

That is not a blatant lie it is actually a quote from Aranda.

Quote from Dave aranda on August 22, 2017. It is on and the valley shook and several other places.
Anyway our roster when Orgeron took over was crap especially on the line of scrimmage. You can see it through the last 3 NFL drafts compared to where we were and compared to Bama

He said INSIDE LINEBACKERS not linebackers

This is bullshite. You're comparing Dabo's first years on the job to this guy's second full time job. Compare apples to apples, and there isn't a question as to who's better.

“2016-2018”
So, coach O was actually incharge of LSU football in 2016 and r primarily esponsible for the bad as well as the good.
Interesting concept.

This is the worst alter yet.

I would disagree. There is one that shall not be named that has multiple alters that is way worse than everyone.
