At least admit that LM is as sharp as a marble...go ahead, you can do it.
So the guy is a head coach in his 2nd major conference, has a NC, an outstanding recruiting record, and that's what you think of him?
I guess you just never got your break then Dallas? I mean surely you're smarter than Les. Also, (repeating myself) if he's that fricking dumb what does it say for our AD? If you're right then we are truly fricked. I know you're not so I'll stay happy.

Seriously, do LSU fans really want to take a chance like Auburn (Chizik) or Tennessee (Dooley), or like MSU (Mullen), or shite even like OM (Nutt)? Trying to be logical, I would think not.
we wouldnt have to settle for coaches of that caliber though.
I NEVER in a million years thought that Bama, (with our history in football) would have to settle for some of the shitbags we hired at HC either.
I think my point is that, as fans of a program, you have no guarantee what the hell the administration will chose to do. The same administration that hired clowns like Mike Dubose and Mike Price also hired Nick Saban. shite happens, and it's out of the control of the "fans".

Absolutely not. Every top tier college coach and at least half the coaches in the NFL would give their left nut to come to exciting, cosmopolitan Baton Rouge and be subjected to the insane berating that inevitably happens whenever LSU's delusional fanbase doesn't get championship caliber teams year after year.

yes
look at bama under saban, UF under meyer, USC under carroll, OU under stoops, etc
Saban has a contract with Rivals.com, go ahead and bet me he finishes with anything less than a Top 10 recruiting class - ever. Shula put some good players in the Draft this year..

Ok..Let's compare 2002 8-5 directly to 2008 8-5..

i think since he's taken over at OU he's won the conference title just at half the time
he's also dominated his conference nemesis

with insane, developed talent left by the best coach in college football
as that talent has left, has LSU's record improved or gotten worse? simple question

2002: building a program
2008: a program that was already built and declined

I'd rather a coach who wouldn't fly to dallas to petition for a bowl game the week of the sec championship game. That is a winning attitude right there

Yes, that is exactly what I think of him and he has proven me right too damn many times. Every time he opens him mouth to speak, I cringe; every coaching blunder on the field, I cringe; and every time his team comes out of the tunnel looking more lost than the last time, I cringe!!!
Dale Brown was a great "recruiter" and supposed "motivator", but the guy could not coach his way out of a wet paper bag. Les Miles would be lucky to be as good as Dale Brown because Dale could actually throw out ten or twelve words that were coherent enough to be understood by the English speaking world.

Saban brings Tyson Browning of Georgia in the record books at LSU for dumbest blitz ever. Miles brings Wins.

Slo, again you have a bunch to say to bash Les. I asked you specifically for your solution but havent seen shite. You don't have to answer but I know you'd rather use some more misdirection and argue over nothing instead of saying what you think should be done.

yes, i dont want these highly intellegent football minds to get bogged down arguing things like line play. I want them to lay out their master plans. I know with all the great information they have a real solution is moments away.

ironic since Saban won that game, tard

He fricking won a NC in his third year. That means he had to show some major recruting, development, and management talent to do that in the SEC. You are a moron if you don't think he knows what he is doing. The problem is that we have dumbass fans that overcriticize our coach's faults and don't even fricking pay attention when his peers are being frickups.

1-8 vs. The top 25 the last 2 years, a real winning tradition. What are sabans and meyer's records? They have 2 nc's between the 2.

Leave the haters out of it and just ask someone say from the big 12.
Many Big 12 fans I know where laughing when we hired Les.
For those who clinging to the look at his record or worse the avg wins. Take a look at Tennessee from 1995-1999, then look at them from 2000-2008.
Miles, like Fulmer is a good coach, but he;s not a great one. I would rather have seen changes to the offensive staff this year, I would also like a more agressive DC than Chavis.

Saban beat 2 SEC teams with winning records in 2009. LSU & Florida.

I don't know smart guy, I'm asking what the solution it. Again, we have the collection of LSU bashers Slo and Max heading it up. What we don't have is anyone saying how we fix it.
Notice they waited and them jumped in and took the thread away from the question.
