I actually forgot all about that.

I would put Harris in the shotgun 90% of the time. Put Fournette next to him, along with an Hback/Fullback. The you still have the same number of blockers as you would out of the I. To Les' amazement i'm sure, you CAN actually run the ball out of the shotgun.

It would go a long way to letting Harris see the field earlier.

ETA - Also, tell Harris to aim for the WR feet on every throw. That should get it down around their shoulder pad area.

Play action fakes in general are pretty awful if the inside backers don't have any respect for the idea that you'll go to the middle of the field behind them.

During the game, all play action ended up being was more time for the LBer who sold the frick out to get to the QB.
