Good stuff from last cycle that I hadn't seen before.....Brennan is around the 9:30 mark, but the whole thing is worth a watch.

If Cam and Les were still here, I wouldn't feel nearly as hyped about the possibilities for Brennan. Watching his High School game highlights and then Peterman's at Pitt from this past year and I can easily see him doing that for us. Or better, considering high school ratings and the talent on LSU's roster. In three years, who knows?

Damn, that is awesome...if he can bring that kind of competitive fire and determination into the locker room, he may be on to something. might just make O rip his shirt off!

Other than needing time under the weights and in the cafeteria, he has no real weakness.

Lightning fast release from his ear hole. Good awareness and field vision. Just enough mobility and elusiveness to move the pocket. Progresses through his reads without hesitation. Outstanding accuracy.

After the spring game, all the talk has been about Narcisse. And Narcisse is a stud so this is no knock on him... Brennan will compete to be the starting QB of the future in 2018. And between him and LN, this isn't a bad problem to have.

He just seemed super nervous, to the point of stammering.

That's an LSU tiger right there. He's going to be great at LSU and we are fortunate to have him. He has qualities that you simply cant coach, it's natural and instinctive. He's very intelligent on top of being extremely driven and talented...tremendous combination of mind and body. He's such a fricking competitor. I love this guy and can't wait to see him under center for the tigers...it will happen sooner than later, mark my words.

Myles Brennan is going to kick butt at LSU with Canada; the first real true freshman QB at LSU in a long time.

If he's at 200 lbs + in August, watch out.

Wish he'd have a better pass blocking OL to be behind though. (Well, that goes for Etling too)

Thanks for posting the highlights. Brennan moves around well the pocket and showed a surprising amount of elusiveness.

I could see that, but Narcisse will be commanding this team for at least the next three years. I could see Brennan staying around for fourth and fifth years to play though.

He's popped both knees already. I wish him luck but I'm not ready to anoint him as the heir apparent.

Brandon Harris started a game as a true freshman and played a pretty good amount. That wasn't that long ago.

Dilfer also raved about Anthony Jennings at the elite 11. That wasn't that long ago either.

Look, I think both Narcisse and Brennan are outstanding recruits with a lot of good tools. The truth is, this program has recruited well for a long time though. I'm hopeful the new coaches will make a huge difference in the QB play, but I'll reserve judgement on that until I actually see them take the field.
