Leavitt is #9 in the rankings.
They have Chambliss as #1 and Manning as #6. FWIW, Bryce Underwood is #23. Like all such rankings, these are speculative and fodder for barroom debate, but it's a fun way to occupy our time as we wait out the last weeks till the season starts.

He’s a great player but people who don’t think they’ll take a step back when he literally had kiffin and Weiss telling him what reads to make with his helmet coms last year lol

Why do people get so worked up about a list in July? I think I’ve seen about 10 of these plus now they are doing tier systems.
Just remember going into week 1 last year, Drew Allar, Klubnick, Sellers, Lagway, and Nuss were all in the top 10.
