Except, they have more money. Mark Cuban was very public that his coach was not going anywhere before the coaching cycle began.

Not that we would get in a bidding war with Cuban, but that’s debatable.

Per google-

LSU Donors:

Todd Graves’ net worth = 22 billion
Holden Spaht’s net worth = 4.9 billion
———————————————

Mark Cuban’s net worth = 6 billion

6 billion is enough to do anything needed. The question is how much will the deep pockets give. I feel good about our money guys. They have stepped up to the p!ate consistently or LSU would not be considered the powerhouse that we are.

The coach I would have went after if Kiffin wasn't available would be the Texas Tech coach. This dude came from high school to Tech with no college head coaching experience and is 11-1 and Big 12 champion

He will be 74yrs old at the end of his contract, half the people on here were saying Saban was too old at 71.

That’s 14 years of less experience.
Kiffin has more quality head and assistant coaching experience than almost any other current coach, especially for his age.

I like him fine but that autistic thing he has got going on would grow tiresome.

I hear you and understand the sentiment while I don't agree with it.

Going by that, there would have never been a Saban at LSU.

It's all about the vetting/interviewing... as Saban would say: tProcess.

Not about geography.

We’d still be coach less. He is not leaving IU during this run until they lose.

Kiffin is a home run hire for LSU.
