I mean… who pitches the Pitcher of the year against 19-41 Tulane when you have to face 41-19 and red hot Oregon State the next day?!?!?
In 38 years of LSU baseball prior to 2023, Skip and Paul only once pitched their Ace in a home regional and it was against a future MLB star.
