Ultimately I think the "some people" were proven correct but still did get to celebrate a great team and historic season before the inevitable.

hope so. That loser destroyed the program.

Lol, what a drama queen. The reality is that most of BK's success has been with O's players, including an SEC championship game. Hardly the signs of a destroyed program.

Battle versus War.
NOBODY will give credit to Les Miles but he recruited a ton of those 2019 players AND he hired Dave Aranda.
Thank God because Dave hired Bill Busch from their connection AND Bill Busch got Burrow from his connection

Should get a cut for a few years. Basically transitional period.

After that she needs to make her own money. Use the payments to go back to school or invest wisely.

Les Miles should get a million because of the knife he took from O.

Not sure how this is even a question. They were married when he got the contract. The money due came directly from that initial contract, so she gets 1/2.

So any time you enter a contract when you’re married your wife is assumed to be bound also? If O was getting sued for breach of contract would she be responsible for half of that money as well?

After taxes it isn't 17 mil. Ed could go to arbitration but I think he wants to make a point.

Daniels, Campbell, Jones, Frazier, Taylor, Brooks, Garner, JBC, robinson and Wingo weren’t signed with LSU when Kelly took over the team.

Thats a huge chunk of that team.

Malik Nabors, Brian Thomas, Maason Smith, BJ Ojulari, Anthony Bradford, Jaquelin Roy, Kayshon Boutte all contributed to BK's success. Stop with the hysteria that O destroyed the program.

She had a choice to stay at home and not work; perhaps not for the first three or four years. No one made her.

So what do you guys want? Do you want women to work or stay at home? Cant have your cake and eat it too.

Lets be real, they would prefer if she had to take some minimum wage grocery store job to scrape by while O keeps every cent of the $17MM as he blows it partying in Florida with young plastic women. As if maybe that'll teach the women to know their place

The problem is if the woman needs to be at home having children and taking care of the household …she’s not able to work. of course, that was the case in Kelly‘s situation as I’m sure Coach O was gone a lot coaching. No body can make any one do what they don’t want. Women still hv an obligation as a mother ; taking care of the home? I’m sure they had a maid and someone to wash their clothes while she lived in a mansion. Wow what a sacrifice!

Heck, give her all of it. She probably did just as much coaching as Orgeron did those last two years.

I give Miles credit for always recruiting really well. And either Miles or guys he hired recruited some of those 2019 guys. Credit there.

But O played a big part in recruiting. Miles told Chase he couldn't play WR at LSU, so he was going elsewhere. O got him to come here. JJ said nobody was offering him a scholarship and he wasn't even academically qualified. O kept a scholarship open for him throughout the whole process and you see what JJ did. Busch clearly put Burrow on O's radar and gets big credit for that. But Burrow said it was ultimately O who sold him a vision and convinced him to come to LSU. And Burrow's brother even said O was relentless in contacting him to get his brother to come to LSU. Just those 3 players alone were a huge part of 2019's success.

Also, O recognized and did what Miles refused to do late in his career. He realized that he had to open up the offense and get a dynamic passing game or LSU couldn't compete with Bama, etc. O was told about Joe Brady and was open to someone new coming in and shaking things up. He hired him and the rest is history. It was short-lived, but you have to give O credit for trying something different rather than sticking with his guys and doing the same old thing.

It is as bad as it sounds, and what transpired in the moments afterward was a reaction that she regrets. “I wish they would have never woken me up from this one,” she said aloud, and her husband roared, threw himself on top of her and screamed, “Me and the boys can’t do this life without you!
