SEC double header rule, 1st game will be eegular 9 innings, second game shortened to 7. Rule still in effect even if the "double header" is the conclusion of an already started game.

LSU actually requested the 7 inning game. It will keep everyone fresh for the UNO game.

There's a difference between knowing the rule and agreeing with it. Just don't see the point to playing only 7in the finale.
