Senior Sarah Finnegan is the WCGA gym Central Region Gymnast of the Year... Again!

Finnegan, the 2019 Southeastern Conference Gymnast of the Year, earned the region’s top honor for a second-straight year. A dominating force in the all-around in 2019, Finnegan set the school record for all-around wins with 13.
The two-time SEC all-around champion, Finnegan clinched the Tigers’ meet title with a perfect 10.0 score on floor. Finnegan has scored six perfect scores in her career with one on bars, beam and floor this year.
Finnegan and the rest of the third-ranked Tigers will travel to Fort Worth, Texas, to compete in the NCAA Championships April 19-20. The squad will compete in NCAA Semifinal I at noon CT on April 19 on ESPN2.

She really is. She has been a rock all season, even when the rest of the team was struggling. She makes it look easy and never seems to lose focus.

D D Breaux stated she is the best she has coached and that is quite a tribute considering the level of gymnastic talent that has worn the purple and gold over her 43 years as coach. Sarah is really special and hopefully she and the team will have that one shining moment next week.

Best gymnast in LSU history and I think its undebatable at this point.
LSU does have another Finnegan on the way... Aleah is really really good

Their aunt lives close to me and helped my mother out a lot when she was suffering from dementia. I get to hear quite a bit after Mass all of great things she and her younger sister are doing and their love of LSU. Great family and proud to have then represent our university.

Are you aware that what you posted in the OP was on the sports segment of local TV stations last night so your "news" is stale?
Most of what you post on here is not news to those of us who follow LSU athletics closely.
But keep posting old information. It seems to make you believe that you're useful.

Can this playground BS be taken somewhere off this thread? Good Lord, give it a rest. I, for one, didn't hear this news before seeing it here, so it's not "old news" to me. I'm a big fan of LSU gymnastics and appreciate any news items. It's a shame when people can't leave it at that.
