Seriously?

Oregon @ neutral site
@ West Virginia
@ Tennessee
@ Mississippi State
@ Alabama

That's favorable?

you guys are killing me. auburn has a bad secondary and were not prepared to play this kid. Kind of like the texas qb last year against bama......arky goes as mallet goes...they do not have the overall talent of an lsu or bama.....without mallet, they are middle to mid lower sec team.......i don't get you guys......

LSU - only top SECw team to return a quarterback

Which means LSU's offense will likely bleaux for yet another year.

we'll lose to Arky and possibly MSU. Alabama will be a toss up and we play a tougher SEC East schedule next year.

oh god, here we go again already picking certain losses for next year. this is fricking ridiculous. You know how many people had us with automatic losses this year to bama and florida......PLEASE. We may or may not lose to arky.....but they lose mallet, we get them at home, and quite frankly they don't have near the talent as does bama or lsu........as for miss state...we have owned them for so long, and beat them 20+ this year.....this year obviously has nothing to do with next year...but you do realize that miss state caught georgia and florida perfectly this year, and lost to every SEC West team but ole miss.......give me a break...they aren't near as good as being made out to be.

I will officially predict Arky to win the SEC next year. You heard it here first. Their backup QB is really good - you can deny this all you want. I expect it, bc LSU fans are delusional. What matters most is that they are not losing their coach - he is better than Saban and waay better than Miles.

he's been blown out by saban 2 out of 3 years by atleast 3 tds and beaten at home this year while giving up a two td lead by Saban butttt he is a better coach?? get the frick out with that weak shite

I think it's safe to say if we can't win the west next year, Miles tenure becomes questionable. Enough with the overall record. We have to start winning big games consistently and putting together a full season of solid play.

Of course, we wouldn't be able to afford to let him go, but another non-first place finish in the west would be a real downer.

We really have NO SEC QB returning. Regarding JJ's stats, what doesn't show up in the stat lines is the 6-9 times a game JJ goes back, ignores a wide open receiver, and tucks the ball and runs with it, usually for minimal yardage. He's not good at finding the open receiver.

So basically it's SEC title or bust next year?

We have finished top 3 overall in the SEC the last two years. You can't be upset with that since no one else has.

Logic?? that shite is meaningless here..

LSU has the least drop off of any SEC team next year... And considering how well the underclassmen performed this year it gives hope for optomism....
Arkansas was Mallet.. end of story..
I don't even know who bama's backup QB is.. but if he's decent they should be fine next year..
Ole miss.. no
Miss State.. they'll be about the same as this year.. Good enough to knock off some teams, but not gonna win the division or anything.
Auburn.. BIG dropoff... no cam.. very little offensive threat.

Gonna be the same as it normally is.. LSU and Bama for the west. some sleepers..
Oregon game is fairly meaningless a loss sucks but can be overcome (see VT versus James Madison).. but a win puts us into early national champ mix..

He could very well end up Brantley 2.0.

Doubtful considering he is being coached by Bobby Petrino and Garrik McGee and playing in an offense he and the coaches are comfortable with. As an aside, Mettenberger (sp?)is visting Arkansas after the Juco championship game. He is giving Arkansas a very very long look. Apparently he's isn't all that fond of running the option to the short side.

Why is everyone dismissing Auburn next year?

They have a good duo of young RB's and that guy Malzahn has shown he can win even with a true freshman QB before (Mustain).

And their D has been stepping up the last few weeks in crucial times. They can only get better as they learn the new system under Roof.
