Due to the long tourney format, I'd pitch Eades until he really finds trouble. Bullpen ready but don't make the move until you absolutely have to.

I think we should go to the bullpen after this inning. Eades has had a tired arm lately, and winning this tournament is not more important than winning next weekend. Let our great bullpen handle the last 9 outs, and if it hurts us later in this tournament... So what. Winning 2 games is more than enough to lock up a top 8 seed.
