I believe it initially was, but after review (yeah, the actually reviewed it) they called in an incomplete pass. Not even a pass interference call.

I'm interested in the time it took to review Devin's hit. I don't even think it is possible to watch multiple angles, slowed down, in the time they reviewed it. I would like to see the full game replay to try and time exactly how long the review lasted, and then compare it to other reviews.

It was 1 minute and 10 seconds from the time dumbass on the field put the headset on and took it off to announce the idiocy that followed.

Aleva should put a hidden video and microphone in the replay booth to see what's going on during the assessment. I bet they're laughing their assess off saying frick LSU.

Devin White shouldn't have even been called for roughing, much less targeting.
