A few weeks ago when baseball season kicked off, myself along with several others on here were not able to stream games on SEC+ using Suddenlink. This prompted me to go drop an extra $50 on YouTubeTV, just so I could watch baseball... Today I figured out that Suddenlink does in fact include SEC+ but you need to be signed in under the TV provider “Altice One”. This can be found in the settings on the ESPN app or on your iPhone/iPad settings if you are using a mobile device. Sorry if this information has been shared already but I figured this would at least help one poor soul like myself out haha.

It’s a bit of a process but that’s helpful info

I had the same issues when everyone else did. It's working by signing in to Suddenlink for me though.

I’ve always been able to sign in under Suddenlink

Thank you, I've been missing so many games because of this, I just thought they'd decided to put the screwjob on us (as customers) like they always do

I can watch by signing in under Suddenlink on my Roku, but not my phone. Makes no sense.

I had to call them 3 times and finally just went off them. Their tech support agents don’t know shite and absolutely wouldn’t help. Magically corrected itself the next day after the 3rd call. Still signing in under suddenlink.

After some initial frustration, I found that I must reaunthenticate by opening ESPNplus, going to settings, logging off provider, logging on to Suddenlink as a provider again and then entering the 'code' on my IPad.

I use thi method with ROKU.

I’m right there with you on this. My internet kept going out and like you, I called them 3 times. A tech was literally on his way to my house and called, he told me that they’ve been installing stuff in the area. Nobody in the calls I made said anything about that. Then it magically started working the next day. The tech never came out.

If I had any other provider, I’d drop them in a second. I hate that company.
