still kinda low but things have been going in LSUs favor in a big way to get a national seed.
there are a few teams who could get the last 2 national seeds
Miami (they were a lock going into the ACC tourney but with a 0-2 start in that tournament they lost that chance)
Cal Poly (I don't see how they have a chance but people still see these guys as sleepers)
TCU (wasn't going to get it coming into their tourney but with OK state bad showing and their strong showing they may back their way into a national seed)
Rice (high RPI may get it)

We're on the bubble. It's a real shot, and this helps, but we still have work, IMO. Our RPI if we beat Ark and Fla/State will end up around 8-10. And our record vs. top 25 RPI may or may not get better. It won't get worse and it compares well to a few other national seeds already. There's probably just one open spot left and who knows what the committee will look at. But for our purposes, we'll need to win tSECT to have a shot, I think

Kentucky has looked good but they have a very weak bullpen it may be hard for them to win another game even with their high powered offense.
