LSU's clear message tomorrow to the SEC should be this: we are aware that a school can be expelled from the SEC for not following the rules and commands. We are committed to following the rules and commands. Please make the rules and commands clear and unambiguous so that we can follow them.
LSU does not want to fight the SEC office. We will follow the rules. We apologize if we gave the impression that we wanted to buck the rules.

True but a different kind. But yes you are correct. It’s Alabama politics. Bama is behind this 10,000%. Even Pawl said on his show that bama is in trouble financially and they won’t be able to compete in the near future. So how do you keep Bama relevant……knock down the one team they’ve been told for years is the one job better than theirs with the right guy. Obviously we have the right guy. Saturday night was a nightmare to bama fans more so than Clemson fans.

In Commissioner Greg Sankey's accompanying sworn declaration attached to the court filing, he explicitly states that the SEC university presidents called a meeting to consider expelling LSU “whether LSU renounces its intention to roster and play professional players on its football team, or not.”
