And both will pay here. This suit is a form of penalty and will be used as example of behavior trying to sway LSU and others from playing these players.

Nothing other than a headline that will be long forgotten.

Sankey may soon be without a conference behind him soon enough.

Maybe I don't understand completely what's going on, but if the SEC is saying "Hey, one of our member schools is encouraging athletes to sue us," then why sue LSU? Doesn't the SEC have the power to handle this in-house and sanction/fine/kick LSU out of the conference?

Those are not the allegations. Read the complaint.
