LSU needs to file countersuit and include every SEC head coach and AD. Depose and subpoena each of them in Middle District of Louisiana. Make them appear in the Russell B. Long Federal Courthouse and remind them what it looks like when Louisiana flexes it's muscle.

I don't think we can do this venue wise, but I'd for sure subpoena every single SEC head coach the week that we play them.

NO. THEY. ARE. NOT. Read the complaint people. They alleged three things that constitute alleged wrongdoings: (1) recruiting the players, (2) allowing the players to practice with the team, and (3) expressing an intent to add the players to the roster.

Completely agree. What if the SEC wins today on the preliminary injunction hearing? Does the SEC just drop their suit? Do they keep going after LSU?

The SEC has poor counsel on this, every team has the same opportunity to do this.

They didn't sue the SEC, they initially sued the NCAA
