Has an excuse for everything.
Even Coach Meyer (considered an innovator) hung on to the Read/Option a couple years too long.

Facts are facts. How do you know every other OC in the NFL is married to 20 year old playbooks?
Back to the discussion at hand, fact: The OL has to give Burrow more time. Fact: The OL had issues last season.
Fact: Joe Brady isn't the OC Fact: Steve Ensminger is the OC.

Not biting to get the subject on this.

Yes. Had issues. Some were inexperience. Some injury.
But an O-Line has to provide ENOUGH time. Not ENDLESS time.
2.5 seconds is more than enough in a quick-pass offense.
2.5 is not near enough time for that shite Sullivan trotted out last year.
Bottom line: I don't see the O-Line as a problem in '19.

That's exactly what I said. WTH?

I see you hanging every player and coach out to dry if Joe Burrow doesn't lead the SEC in passing.

And experience, health, and cohesion will also help - not as much as cutting protection time in half, tho.

Ok I've had all the fun I can stand. I'm done.

Yeah, Goldy. No one will ever accuse you of seeing the brighter side of things.
And you've hung your share of coaches and ADs out to dry, amirite?

I've already explained it to you but like always you can't figure it out.
Remember your own stance:

are you demanding that everyone conforms to YOUR opinion... good luck with that.
You constantly stray from this. Constantly.

NOT seeing the light. Not good.

I've explained my reservations. You seem to have an issue with me not signing on blindly just because O says we're "going to have the Saints offense."
I'm not going to sign onto something just because the coach says, "we're doing ______". Regardless of how great it sounds, I want to see results on the field, not hear about how great it is.
You're doing exactly what you had an issue with in a quote that you made.
I'm not trying to force you to have my opinion, I've explained my opinion on the matter and you can take it or leave it. Makes no difference to me. When all is said and done, nothing has changed, as of right now.

Thought you were "done" at 1:22 am. Why are you still here?
We're all just discussing some football. Do you seriously believe anyone really cares if you agree with them or not?
Pro tip: It AIN'T all about you...

I just said you can agree with me or not. It makes no difference to me. What's the problem?
I have a different opinion that you do yet you continue to reply to me, evidently because you take exception to it. Why, I have no idea.
Just agree to disagree. Fair enough?

I'm more interested why you are still on here after saying t 1:22am that you were done. Do they dock your pay if you don't get the very last word?

I doubt birdman cares about that. But you sure seem to have an issue with anyone who disagrees with you.

Nor you.

What Payton says is irrelevant.
Brady understands RPO and has coached in two progressive offenses. He's bringing those concepts to the Tiger offense. He providing hands on coaching for helping to implement those concepts. He's not the offensive coordinator.
I'm excited that he was hired to help move the offense forward. It's Ensminger's job to put it all together and distill it into something the guys can execute and it's his job to call the plays.
We shouldn't expect to the see the same tired bullshite and modest outcomes we've seen in what seems like an eternity.

It wasn't a question it was a demand. Even if I did have to look it up I'd still be a step ahead of you.

They can ask Clemson how long Trevor needed to throw the ball. Usually a couple of seconds. The offensive line play should improve quite a bit just by another year of the weight room, and experience plus not having to hold their blocks as long can't do anything but help. You are right the QB won't need nearly as long to get the ball out. I don't know why you argued with the guy for as long as you did.
