Why does it always seem like the freshman RB is better? Makes me think coaches dont know how to develope RBs and instead hinder them.

Wonder if it’s a coaching issue? Remember Kaleb had the same issue last year and Caden was great. Now he’s running right into a wall over and over like Kaleb did

He started Durham over a 6th year senior and a guy with a year in the program last year after game 3. If Johnson is playing better, he will get more carries

Really sucks for Durham, he’s the starter and has repped with this line all fall and through 3 games and it’s clear he has lost all faith in his line and justifiably so.

They have showed multiple examples of the OL opening a crease and him missing it by cutting back. He missed another one on the last drive.
The OL isn’t strong in the run game, but Durham is making the issues WORSE right now.
And I’m a huge Durham fan. He just needs settle a bit and get back on track.

I agree. But it’s the same thing Nuss has been struggling with. Being let down by his line so many times that he’s got some mental block going on.
