AND DO EXACTLY WHAT? The HC HIRES HIS COORDINATORS. He writes the checks based on how the HC feels about the persons success. That’s about it.

We lost both candidates to counter offers not because they dont want the job. That sounds like a check writing problem.

This is ultimately on O. But, I agree that it's time for Woodward to get a little more involved - it's obvious that O is not completely competent in this aspect of his position, and we really can't afford another miss.

Exactly. And hired Sark (who was very good at UW before being hired by USC and finding a bottle)
There isn't another AD in the country I'd rather have deal with the NCAA either due to his family ties to Mark Emmert.
