Maybe SVP can offer the bribe the students instead, if the band plays Necks and maybe students just shout the letters Out S-T-T-D-B instead he can donate 20-30k for student keg party or something cool

A few TB Alums on here actually know what's going on. The entire program has declined tremendously, mirroring the atmosphere in Tiger Stadium.

Sadly, I have to agree with you. Yet another one of LSU football's proud traditions that is slowly being eroded away by university politics.
If Woodward could somehow manage to get Tiger Band back under the control of the Athletic Department by designating them as part of the spirit program like the cheerleaders and Tiger Girls, it could make a huge difference. Unfortunately, from what I've heard, Woodward doesn't give 2 shits about Tiger Band.

LOL: YEARS of warnings for an ever-evolving vulgar chant is not an overreaction. 'Nope. Just in case, let's keep up the warnings, make some laws and set some rules to keep everyone in compliance with our clean and proper student section'.
Come on already, the reaction is the only thing that kept it from evolving.
