When it comes to air, humidity and temperature both play a role in the speed of sound. Humidity lowers the density of air (so much for humid air feeling heavy!), which makes it travel slightly faster.
Per Discovery.com
Do not question it, this is science. Tigers by 10 book it

Did you take into account how Tiger Stadium takes the crowd out of the game with the music?

This must be why the 2003 Georgia game was so loud. From what I remember it was humid gloomy day and the stadium was LOUD!

This doesn’t take into account the empty seats in the 300s and upper decks.

Kelly has calculated all of this already and has adjusted his game plan accordingly. He is an analytics guy and super thorough.

Hope you're right. As a rule, I never bet on the Tigers but DraftKings gave me good odds on a sure thing last night, so I'm letting it ride. $125 on the Tigers at +410.

Music = noise = loud. Tigers by 14 now
Example 1: (as it was in the past) It's 3rd and 3. No music. Crowd starts yelling soon as they break the huddle. Noise builds to a crescendo as the QB is trying to change the play. QB walks up to players yelling the play call. It's LOUD. Not every player gets the change. False start, delay of game, busted play, whatever. Crowd did its job and congratulates self.
Example 2: (as it is now) It's 3rd and 3. Jackass who controls the music thinks he's a fricking DJ. He knows he has to stop the music when the ball is snapped so, being the smart-arse dick that he is, tries to time it up to one second before the ball gets snapped. Crowd not paying close attention and starts to yell as the players are already at the line. But the defense has already been looked over and the play change goes off without a hitch. CROWD FAIL.
So, our own crowd is taken out of the game by some dipshit who thinks he's a DJ.
Music should stop when they break the huddle and give the crowd a chance to get into the game with the noise we're known for.
