Say we landed Goodrich, Surtain, Foster, Chase and Joseph, but miss on the DL and OL. Would y’all be happy then?

Seems our fans base is always looking for a reason to be critical.

No doubt, CEO has made terrible decisions. Those decisions will haunt him should he lose this job, but don’t expect the next guy to fair any better.

It’s going to take an a-hole like Saban to tell the fan base about themselves. Les was too nice of a person to do it. The jury is still out on CEO!

Nonetheless, LSU fans needs to support this team and the players that decided to come here to represent our state.

10-2 or better is the minimum.

No excuses.

Until our administration gets perspective, nothing will change.

Let’s say we sign all those guys, the linemen, and drop someone else. Like say the TE or kicker. I’d be pretty happy.

What about you? You like that scenario?

I 100% believe he game is won in the trenches and I love signing 8-10 lineman a year, but we didn't sign a bunch of studs on the ol and dl. Cotton is too small, Jenkins and Scott are projects. Aggies did not fight to try an keep Livingston. Hines and Rosenthal are the best bets, but both should switch sides of the ball. The 2 juco ol are average at best. Wire is a project and smith needs a lot more strength before he can play.

I actually love it until the kicker misses that critical kick, or we don’t have a TE.

You see like I said, our fans are always looking for a reason to bitch. You made my point exactly.

No. That's stupid, but at least it prepared me for the rest of your post.

They have a really good reason.

yes

If Alleva hires him you may be onto something.

Won't change the fact that Saban is a great coach. Miles was a great coach. O is not. The fans will continue to complain about things like bad coaching hires and poor offensive production. That's why they're fans. That's why they spend all their money supporting (or bitching about) their team. That's why those coaches make millions.

he jury is still out on CEO!

No. No it's not.

If all those people that are bitching would suddenly stop bitching one of two things happened. Either O pulled one out of his arse and is winning championships or all those fans get fed up enough to stop supporting (spending money) and walk away.

Good luck

Says you? Is that all you can say? Doesn't matter what you say! Go to Ruston on Saturdays.

I love the big men too! I love this class.

Athletes can be found anywhere. My buddy is a huge FSU fan and told me he looked back at FSU classes the last 4 years and less than half of the players they sign contributed in each class.

I hear a lot about the 2002 class and how bad it was, but go back and see how many players in that class turned out to be badass for LSU. I say the class was a success.

I wish Orgeron had the balls to point the finger at the fans and call us out for wanting more than 9-4 and a bowl loss. As a matter of fact, I wish any mother fricker in this current administration had the balls to step up to the podium and try that.

Hell, Orgeron can’t even answer softball questions from our snowflake local media without lying and stumbling. He wouldn’t dare call out the fans.

Spoken like a true man child. When you start you by attacking someone’s post w/o even respecting the topic, it says a lot about you.

Our fans have no reason to be critical. We haven’t hit rock bottom. It’s funny how our fan base is already predicting a losing season next year when we are 7 months away from the start of FB season. That’s an insult against our players.

Miles was not a great coach. He won despite himself. He underachieved with what he was left to work with. He won the NC in 2007 by backing into it and you know what, I could give a rats arse. He put a skin on the wall.

Same applies with CEO. I don’t give a rats arse how he win a NC - as long as he wins it and LSU doesn’t get in trouble for it.

Miles was a great coach? LSU fired him and he can't find another job.

I’m pissed off at CEO for fricking with the game plan vs Troy!

I’m pissed off at CEO for running off Canada!

I’m pissed off at CEO for being a pussy vs ND and not allowing Canada to run his offense.

I’m pissed off at CEO for being an idiot and passing on Goodrich.

Despite this I’m not ready to fire him w/o a top 5 coach ready to accept the job at LSU. If you can name me a top 5 coach who would take this job tomorrow, then yes I would agree we fire CEO.

Now fans must wait until we hit rock bottom before being critical. You head is so far up Orgeron’s arse you can’t see the light of day.
