When he runs all I see is Roger Staubach but his arm isnt close.

His running style is what compares favorably to Manziel.

I think the Manziel comparison is more of the running style than anything else. It's kind of an upright, herky-jerkey style with arms seeming to go everywhere and sudden cuts. It looks almost like he's playing sandlot ball, which is far different than someone like Daniels who just had effortless speed. When he ran it looked like he was just gliding and setting up subtle cuts well in advance.
