are you kidding me? Have you paid attention to all the things that Drew Brees, Sean Payton, Reggie Bush, and everyone else on that team have done for New Orleans?

Someone finally said it! This Saints team has not been your everyday pro team. This Saints team has played with more passion than I have seen in many college games in the past few years. THIS Saints team has gotten involved with the city of New Orleans. How many pro teams can say they have done that?

That is why you see more and more people following this team. Sure, there are some bandwagoners out there, but for the most part the increase in fans has a lot to do with what this team has done for their city. The Saints have brought so many people together and given people hope again. And I will say the Saints fans are as loyal as you can get! 40 years of mostly losing seasons and they are still there every weekend cheering like their team is the best in the league. Well, now WE ARE the best in the league. We have our chances to prove that again next week.

I wouldn't give up any LSU Championships to see the Saints win a Superbowl, but if the Saints keep playing with all the emotion they have been, they will do just fine.

I would rather a Top 25 win for LSU over a Saints Super Bowl.
We heard you the first three times. You could start your own thread about how you hate the Saints!

Saints Super Bowl Win or Tigers National Championsip?

Remember riding to the LSU/UGA game in '99 with a buddy & having the discussion of which would happen first--LSU NC or Saints SB?

Our bet was the NC for LSU would be first. After so many years of being disappointed by the Saints, we didn't see them even sniffing a SB for a long time.

Way to go, Saints. Those of us that have followed you from the beginning are mighty proud.

If you don't know the answer to this question then you are an absolute moron. Only one of the options has the ability to make hell freeze over!

Tigers winning the MNC and it isn't even close. I pull for the Saints, but I would never trade a MNC for a Saints Super Bowl win.

If you don't choose the Saints you are not a real Saints fan. Don't even bother cheering for the Saints on Sunday.

Tigers National Championship.
Not every LSU fan pulls for the Saints....not every LSU fan is an NFL fan. The NFL is a corporation with overpaid entertainers. College is all about identity with a school plus a school band plus a student section plus an alumni...many reasons college is better than the NFL. The players in the NFL play for themselves not for an organization or a city. If a NFL player is offered more money to leave one team, he will take the money and not look back. If an owner is offered more money to go to another city he will relocate the team. How long ago did Tom Benson flirt with San Antonio to get more money from the Louisiana tax payers. Louisiana played right into Benson's hands.... Benson has never been in a better position to demand even more money.

Most of the players on LSU's team would rather get drafted and get paid NFL money than win a BCS Title at LSU. This is the case at all the big programs. The kids at LSU care about money too. That's why kids leave early and go pro. Very few of the top players at big time programs care more about the school than their professional futures. College football is just as much about money as the NFL is. College football doesn't bring in as much money as the pro teams do but they don't have to since they don't have to pay salaries to the players. As a percentage of expense to profit many top college programs rival pro teams.

If it weren't for profit sharing many top programs in college football would out earn some of the pro teams I believe (Lions, Bills, Jaguars).
