Why sacrifice a sport that actually makes money? Just think if lsu cared more about it...it would make more money for the department

In most years baseball loses money. Not because of lack of followers but because baseball doesn’t have a massive tv deal like football and basketball.

I have no idea if this is true...but if it is, the correct decision is being made.
I can live with a top football program ($$$$), a top baseball program (self-funded) and no basketball program.
