Without looking it up, I believe the charges were weed possession and either stolen firearm or poss of firearm w/CDS. A felony, either way. I think CRob was punished by running extra laps.

Good points. Many Bama recruits state it’s a business decision to go to Bama. Well, up until this year, I believe LSU led the NFL in players for about 6 or 7 years. If getting to the league is the reason to go to Bama, there are many schools that do that basically as well, if not better, like Florida, OSU, Georgia, LSU, etc.

If it seems too good to be true, it likely is...

Or maybe they're doing things by the book

The amount of turnover on his staff that winds up on other SEC coaching staffs is enough reason to think that someone would have snitched on him by now

If they're running a dirty program then there a lot of people who are mysteriously silent about it

Follow the money and most likely it will lead straight to the NCAA.
