Well Saban didn't have to knock Burrow out of the game to try and win.

Why do we have to compare the two? I don’t think it matters which is better. Honestly, they both had strengths that differed from the other. But I appreciate both of them. Button had the benefit of a better defense. Had JD5 had a better defense, he very well could have a championship, too.

The true takeaway is that the defensive coaching staff absolutely sabotaged a national title run last year.

Why are you tards even debating this? Both were great and LSU was lucky to have both of these Heisman winners.

Actually it means he had not faced a better QB than Burrow until he faced JD.

No

since
preposition
in the intervening period between (the time mentioned) and the time under consideration, typically the present.

So between Burrow and the present…

I don’t think it was his intent to say one was better than another.

No he literally said in the last 5 years or so jayden was the best. But not better than burrow. If he thought Hayden was better he wouldn't have brought up burrow at all

Saban basically just said both were the best he faced from 2019-2023. Joey B wrapped up the Heisman against Bama with the performance he had. And no QB in history ran against Bama like JD did. He averaged over 14.8 ypc and had 163 yards on just 11 carries. That's insane. And he missed the whole 4th quarter. If we only had a D in 2023...what could have been.

No, you’re actually the worst and most dangerous type of idiot, the one who’s so delusional that he honestly believes that he’s intelligent.

In reality, you the toddler in the backseat of his parents car with the fisher-price steering wheel and is convinced that he’s really driving daddy’s car…

Keep trying, Sparky…
