It was frustrating as a fan, but I can’t imagine trying trying to do my job, on a ladder, 10 ft up in the air, while over 12,000 people are watching, all wanting you to “hurry up”!

Dude should be fired for wearing a freaking Texas Rangers cap as a representative of LSU. Texas Rangers? For Pete’s sake at least wear a decent team’s cap if you’re not going to wear LsU gear.

Well I learned they don’t use rims with hooks anymore watching that. Looks like the cable must have had a kink that wouldn’t allow them to thread it throug. 2nd guy went get another cable and that fixed it

It wasn't the net. It was some wire I've never seen before inside of the rim bar. Couldn't get the first one to slide inside.

I've seen this happen at least 3 times in the PMAC over the past 12 years. It always takes longer than it seems like it should to fix damaged nets/wires. The nets don't hang on hooks like they did on the playground rims. There is a wire threaded inside the rim that holds the net loops in place.

I think that the repair crews ought to do weekly drills just like NASCAR crews because excess delay can adversely effect the game. Back up nets and wires should be kept close at hand as well.

Was LSU facilities. And yes they fuked that up and the piercing beep scaring the young tracksters in the antique field house . Pathetic.

That’s the new age system for the net bruh.
