We need Theriot in our dugout as a coach in some shape, fashion, and form. Head Coach, hitting coach, base coach - it doesn't matter. He just needs to be in that dugout lighting a fire under this team.

It’s time to move on... these players have nothing to ignite them...it’s like stale bread...it starts with the Head Coach..you see it happen in football and baseball is no different...these players are on the college level making little league mistakes... fans are seeing teams compete with way less talent... you have to be hungry to excel in any sport..be on a mission...but this team is just going through the motions and it starts at the top...Mainieri has run out of suggestions to kickstart this yrs team... next man up?...

Listen I can't stand Paul Mainieri. He's a whinny pompous A-hole and I really REALLY want him gone, but...AS much as I want to get on the we suck bandwaggon, this team is...can be...likely will be a much better team once PM settles on a lineup!
Two reasons for optimism. That is unless you're a serious PM hater and want the team to crash and burn for the greater good of the program.
#1 Pitching, it's the bell cow and LSU has maybe the best staff in the SEC!
#2 Our hitting can't get any worse.
If the hitting gets even a little bit better. The pitching will carry this team to a region. If it becomes above average this team will go to Omaha!
