I hate to say this but I think our compliance department needs to kind of cool it and chalk it up to nothing being found or him living with his girlfriend. Something very minor. This could open up a can of worms if it's something major. Proactive is good, but too much can be problematic.

I understand what USC went through but this is, as far as we know, a potential issue on apartment rent. It isn't a 750,000 house for the heisman trophy winner.

But at this point in time, we don't know. If Shep has done something foolish, and an investigation turns up a major violation while LSU is on probation, bad things will happen.
