it's amazing to me that people assume LSU did someting wrong and believe everything that is posted on the internet. to assume it was agreed upon that sheppard would recieve these type of benefits before he came to LSU is crazy.

So if I come to LSU and choose to live with my girlfriend who pays all the bills, but dont take the stipend is that a problem?

This would only factor into your qualifications to receive the stipend in the first place. Hence only the money from the stipend was received improperly if this is the case.
