Back in college I stayed at highland plantation (yeah I know, ghetto af) and riverside was in charge of the towing. Some nights I would walk to walmart and I would see them working and they looked like the shadiest people I've ever seen. Wearing all black with fingerless gloves, the dude who was tagging the cars was hitting his cigarette every 5 seconds, and they got the job done with the quickness.

A part of me couldnt help but be impressed with their efficiency but another part of me was thinking "it's like riverside hired convicted burglars and thiefs to work for them".

That’s every college town on game day. In Ames it’s a unit called Habhabs or something like that.

$250 or so to get it back.

Learn how to properly park then. Park in a correct space and you won't get towed.

You obviously don’t know how riverside works.

Dude it's gameday. We park on a sidewalk at a bank, which is closed on Saturday. Been parking there for 20+ years. I would never ever do this on a regular day. For gameday, parking rules are relaxed. People park on the grass, sidewalks, dead-end streets... I would imagine 25% of the vehicles parked near campus are illegally parked in some aspect.

Now, if you are referring to parking in a handicap spot near an open business, or blocking someone's driveway, that's a total different story.

The only thing I can think of, regarding your insane statement, is that you dont attend any games.
