Rivals Radio defends JJ and LSU players from National media and fans

I was listening to Jack Arute and Mike Leach on Rivals radio XM 91
It's amazing how many fans across the country think.. "miles should suspend JJ indefinitely"
Jack Arute and coach Leach rebuked the media hype machine and CFBfans on the LSU bar fight for allowing this ordeal to get out of hand.
Arute and Leach asked "Has JJ been arrested?".."Has any LSU player been arrested?"
"Has anything new come forward that indicate JJ did anything unlawful and should be arrested"?
"Didn't the players give their side of the story to the Police and provide additional witnesses?"
coach Leach said, "why would Miles suspend his QB at this point? Nothing has been conclusive, and we all should withhold judgement on these players...we don't know what happened, so everyone needs to chill on what LSU should do or not do"

Meanwhile..Sooners and Ducks are being arrested left and right and are not getting anywhere near the media hype.
4 OU players arrested since January..I have not been able to find anything that indicates what their punishment would be...and the crimes are much worse than a bar fight.
Why is no one in an uproar over Stoops?

Leach knows what it's like to be tried in the media before the complete facts come out.

Actually Leach is pretty strong on most issues like this
He said breaking curfew was a bigger concern to him than a bar fight because the "Trust has been compromised" between leaders of the team and the coaches
But then a caller shared that the last day of camp, it's an unspoken traditions at LSU to do bed checks and then go out..
the Leach replied "Then that's not really a curfew"
....He said Miles will handle it internally

The media screwed this whole story up by throwing JJ under the bus before any info came out. Last weekend the story was that JJ and other players set out to destroy everyone in their path by beating up these people bronx gang style.
Those who took a little interest in the story ran with that opinion and never turned back to keep up as new details are revealed. And those who are still trying to destroy JJ are still basing an opinion from what they read a couple days ago.
As more details come out, it's looking more and more like this marine guy started the whole thing. But he was a war hero on leave to save babies in the media over the weekend.
Someone is going to have to pay for the injuries that were caused, but I guarantee JJ isn't even close to the villain he is being made out to be.
