How much are you paying into the program? Because if you're just paying for tickets(not a small purchase either) then you're paying for entertainment.

eta: coming from you, the statement is hilarious.

To Rex:

What do you mean when you use the phrases "we don't pay" and "we pay"?

What is your financial investment in the football team, sir? Paying for a ticket to the game does, in fact, provide you with a seat to the game. The outcome of a football game does not cause you any financial loss whatsoever.

Your comments, though, are indicative of what a lot of "fans" seem to think.

So, Les/Cam had a reason for doing what they did. It didn't work. We don't pay for good intentions, we pay for results.
No, it did work as there were no INT's, hence, no pic sixes.

See, it could've been worse.

I highly doubt he was ever in a huddle with JL. He graduated after the BCSNCG in '07. So at most he was in the huddle with MF and RP
Well see here Mr. LSU Historian, you'd just be wrong.

Jarrett Lee was the starting quarterback for eight games in 2008, and one in 2009. Richard Dickson played for the Louisiana State Tigers during 2005-2009.

This is a great fricking interview.

Didn't even finish. This is single handedly the most important interview to ever happen.

This guy was on both the 2007 championship team and the 2008 8-5 team. He has seen the highs and lows the Les Miles Era. He knows whats up.

Thanks for posting the link. It was well worth the listen. I thought his comment about the worst thing that happens to these players is to hear LSU fans booing them. (Whether directed at the player, the coach or the team, it is still perceived as booing the player).

Considering how completely they dropped him from the offensive game plan after his two TD's in the BCSCG, it was an honest mistake thinking he'd left.

his 08 numbers were almost identical to his 07 numbers, in 1 less game. and it didn't matter the QB, they all looked to have a good rapport with him. it was 09 where he fell off, a lot of which was due to injury.

I knew he was hurt some his senior year, but that was also the time Les abandoned that area of the field known as between the hash marks.

This was the most insightful interview into what's going on I've heard all year. Gave very good explanations about why certain things are happening (not throwing much to TEs) and offered good alternatives to helping out the QBs (go with a huddle). Seems to really get it and able to communicate it as well.

This interview should be required listening for all LSU fans. They should make you listen to it at the Tiger Stadium gates. Very insightful.

Here's what fans know: what Richard Dickson describes and defends DID NOT WORK.
