A. Nothing on the ticket bylaws prevents the holder from showing up at the last possible moment. Its why ticket takers work the whole game.

B. Since tickets are not scanned when exiting, there's no way to know which fans have permanently vacated and which fans are just hiding in the concourse waiting for temps to die down.

People who would pay $25 to see the second half are already in the stadium watching the game.

Season ticket holders can keep their asses in their seats and quit leaving early then

How about it’s none of your business what season ticket holders do, mind your business and worry about your own tickets?

I don’t leave, but I really don’t care what others do. Y’all stay worked up and crying about this issue. Budget your money and get the seats. I’m far from a wealthy guy and have sideline seats.

Like I said before, tons of seats available at great prices in the upper decks on a 0% payment plan

There's a reason people are leaving. They have other places to go that interest them more. This will be the trend more and more across the board.
It's not complicated.

$25 for half a game when you can get a whole game for $0?

Some folks have been “priced out”, this could fix that issue too

I can't speak for them, but I'd laugh if a team was making me pay to watch half a game.

Get your panties out of a wad

The post was mainly to offer some type of option to counter empty seats in 2nd Half.

Were you sitting on the east side in 100+ degree weather for 3 hours?

How about you hand your tickets to some kids while exiting for $0

$25 per seat

Would take planning but why not?[/quote

They would not sell enough to cover the cost of the scanning agents at the gate.

So even more people on campus and parking, etc.?? You think avg Joe is going to show up at halftime thinking he can get in for $20? They are at home and comfortable.
