Damn they could have high definition video of JJ standing over the dude, foot in the air, and staring straight at the camera. You'd say he was just posing like that for fun and the dude was laying there to make it look like he was hurt.

Damn, now its the BRPD vs. the Tiger Nation. This is bizzare, almost like somebody has an agenda against the program. I smell a Bama rat in the woodpile! A damn search warrant in a battery case??

The allegations in the Duke case were of AGGRAVATED RAPE. And that sounds like "no one was injured" to you? This is potentially second degree battery with allegations of a back injury that may or may not be serious. This case is NOWHERE NEAR as serious as the Duke case.

I would hope that you understand that these two different types of investigations are not even handled by the same team of investigators right?
and the fact that they are investigating this incident does not "cost" you any additional money.

This difference is that where those "REAL crimes" happen there is no interest in talking to or working with the popo -- not even the victims or their families. Kinda hard to work a scene when nobody "sees or knows" anything.

This wouldn't happen in Austin, College Station, Tuscaloosa, Athens or any other freaking city. There are people dying in the F@#$ streets in BTR and we are F@#$@# spending resources for a F@#$@#$ episode of CSI over a BAR FIGHT-I've seen s@#$#@ go down in many Bars/Parties in BTR (Dreams,and others).
One of My classmates was shot and died from one and The basketball player that went to Glen Oaks including USC -- There was NO F@#$#! Press Confernence for that S@#$#@. All the f!@#$#!$ murders in BTR daily, I never seen One F@#$#@!$ press conference explaining his plan to fight CRIME in BTR. So F@#$#@ off!!!!! and Qoute That!!

When I lived in Baton Rouge they decidedly had NOT earned such a reputation, and I've neither seen, heard nor read anything since to suggest to me that has changed.
