I cant remember the FL coaches name but someone on Tiger Rant posted a video of a Florida coach/associate saying "he gauranteed" Floridas D was going to run through LSU's offensive line and we haven't seen a defense close to Florida's. He ended it with saying we wouldnt score more than like 14 points lol.

What cracks me up is that some fans, like many Clemson fans, think that it’s because they are Clemson that they are so good. It’s as though only Clemson is the only spot on the map where a team can achieve that level of success. That’s like saying 2019 LSU was that good because it’s LSU and they are located in Baton Rouge and that’s why they are the GOAT. Certainly, LSU has some amenities and facilities in place that allow for a high level of success; however, if we’re all honest we understand that it’s all temporary and it really has nothing to do with Baton Rouge or Clemson, SC..

It has more to do with the school’s commitment to football and the school’s willingness to spend lots of money to be good. Duke could achieve the same level of success, as could Vanderbilt, if they made the same financial commitment to football as LSU and Clemson. It’s no coincidence that the schools that make the biggest financial commitment to College Football are the schools that have the most success on average. Occasionally, there are flash in the pan exceptions. Even more rare are schools, like Miami, who don’t really spend lots of money and also don’t have a huge game attendance each game.
