Remember, this hearing is not about LSU

For those worried about potential punishments, fines, expulsions, etc., LSU has NOTHING to do with injunction hearing. LSU administration, Kiffin, and the entire LSU side should not and is not worried about the results of this hearing, because it doesn’t involve them. This is about the PLAYERS. They aren’t going to play these guys even if they are ruled eligible. It’s not worth the headache anymore. The administration would never jeopardize itself in such a way. They’re letting the players have their day in court while they prepare for Clemson, and regardless of what happens will politely show them the door. If the players sue, who gives a frick? LSU is letting the hearing play out and that’s the end of it. Will there be more rounds of frivolous lawsuits? Sure, but the season will be in full swing and it will pitter out just like everything else.

You’re right: LSU is not a party to this suit, and there’s nothing LSU did that is actionable.

You may be right... but not one sports media outlet can talk about this without mentioning LSU and Kiffin.

LSU wasn’t involved until Sankey and the SEC chose to sue them

Lsu better prepare for its day in the Alabama/SEC court.

if they do go to court, it will be in Louisiana, not Alabama.

I sincerely hope that you are right, and that no one in a position of any authority at LSU decides to die on this hill just to show that we are "alphas" or "won't take no shite" or some other stupidity.
