We were losing close games left and right. This year feels a lot like that. Hopefully that means the team arrives next season!!!

Wasn't here on the rant but I'm sure that the melt was in full force when we lost to Tulane

We didn’t have a lot on the roster but man we had some games where we looked great and some where it was like WTF is he doing. Wade has a big following now but until SEC play started year 2 we were all over his arse. He caught his head before the St. Mary’s game but year 2 didn’t start out that great.

There were a lot of close losses that year which made it really frustrating. But man I'd kill to have Duop on this team

Duop was a beast I miss him. He'd solve all our bigman problems that's for sure

Hopefully you are right. But we ended up winning a good chunk of them too, sucks that the last two were winnable games.

Did LSU go 8-10 that year?

Oh I loved Duop, could stroke it and was a good post scorer. He didn’t rebound though and neither did Epps. Duop wasn’t physical enough on the boards and Epps was too thin but man that whole bunch could shoot it, including those 2.

Tremont was another one that could get seemingly whatever he wanted on nights he was on. But he reminds me a lot of Cook, when he was on he was one of the best in the conference. But when he was off it was not a pretty sight
