Remember how hard we were to put away last year

I’m the post season. The regional was crazy. This team with those same characteristics would make for a run to Omaha
It’s a lot of the same players so I don’t know why it would be different. We had a bunch of crazy comebacks last year though.
Just thinking about how this team may change when the seasons on the line

It seems like historically, LSU has always had a bunch of crazy comebacks from down 4-5 runs in the last 2 innings. It doesnt seem that weve had that as much, this year.

Because we’ve not had that many opportunities to do this compared to years past.

It’s more about me hoping that we turn it up a few notches in the tournament. Obviously the level of concentration should be at its highest

Where are all my baws who stayed up till 1am watching the Eugene regional a few years ago and paid the price the next day at work

LSU was 5-21 when trailing after 7 last year.
They are 1-11 this year.
On the flip side, LSU only choked away a lead once last year. 29-1 when leasing after 7 (25-3 this year). That was a surprise to me.

I personally hope that we are not down in the 9th in any regional games and don't need any heroic comebacks.
But if we find ourselves in the position, I hope they rise to the occasion.

Wonder what those numbers are for other teams. I’d bet probably close to or worse.
