Bc I have seen how highly recruited/drafted pitchers out of highschool perform

Schmidt isn’t even close to being mediocre by any metric

Then why are you bitching so much right now. Based on your own admitted timeline, the earliest you can start bitching is next year. Because up until now it hasn’t been “after 2 years”
He’s not playing in the pros, he’s playing vs amateurs, do you honestly not understand this?

Do you not agree college baseball < minor league baseball?

Are we now judging player's ability on where they would stand professionally? If he is not, at worst, league average, what is he? Are we saying he's not an average MLB pitcher? Professional pitcher? You don't even know which direction you've moved the goldposts you've moved them so many times.
Go show the metrics that show he was below mediocre. Would love to see a couple of them. shite, even one. Show me one metric and that would be great.

William Schmidt, a highly touted first round pick out of high school, is mediocre at the college (amateur) level in year 2, and is therefore over rated. Most people who follow lsu baseball/recruiting had much higher expectations for him than a middle of the road sec (amateur) pitcher after year 2. Not sure how else I can say this

You're the worst kind of poster on this board. You start a new account because you were banned on your last one, go run and talk shite on the SEC rant to every fan base, then shite on LSU players over here. Just frick off. You actively make this place worse.
Just RA every post for alter until the admins kill him again.

Again, we only just reached the “after year 2” part of his career. And since he was better than middle of the road, he’s ahead of schedule, according to your timeline.

Whatever, I hope I’m wrong, hope year 3 is the real deal

For about 5 pages you were bitching about the fact that he wasn't Aaron Nola.
